IDEAL Dispatch Installing on your Windows 8, Windows 10, Windows 11 and Windows 2012 Server (or higher) requires extracting initially the installation executable from the ID_xx.zip file you downloaded.

The installation package (ID_Setup_xx.exe) must necessarily be digitally signed by POINTDEV to guarantee the origin of the file.

After extracting .exe file completed, run the installation by using the "Run as administrator" by right-clicking on the installation package "ID_Setup_xx.exe".

IMPORTANT: If you are logged on to your domain with a user who does not have sufficient rights to install programs, you must run the package using "Run as another user" option: SHIFT + CTRL + click right mouse over the software icon. Specify a Domain Admins user account.
