Updating the RustDesk version used by IDEAL REMOTE is simple and does not require any recompilation or configuration changes.

You just need to :

download the 64-bit MSI file from the official RustDesk website
rename the file to rustdesk-x86_64.msi
copy this file into the IDEAL ADMINISTRATION installation directory

By default, this directory is :

C:\Program Files\Pointdev\IDEAL Remote

Once this file is present in the directory, it will be automatically used by IDEAL REMOTE for all future RustDesk installations or reinstallations on remote computers.

No additional action is required.
