IDEAL REMOTE Installing on your Windows 10 or later administration workstation (client and server systems) requires extracting initially the installation executable from the IR_xx.zip file you downloaded.

The installation package (IR_Setup_xx.exe) must necessarily be digitally signed by POINTDEV to guarantee the origin of the file.

After extracting .exe file completed, run the installation by using the "Run as administrator" by right-clicking on the installation package "IR_Setup_xx.exe".

IMPORTANT: If you are logged on to your domain with a user who does not have sufficient rights to install programs, you must run the package using "Run as another user" option: SHIFT + CTRL + click right mouse over the software icon. Specify a Domain Admins user account.
