Personally, I like utilities that don't necessarily introduce radically different ways to perform common tasks. The 2014 Version gives us now the benefit we await from such tool, all Active Directory Administration with powerful tools for support and export-import. It's all we need for our daily work. The Support and Developers are every open for new feature requests and bug fixes are fast.
