How to use the RustDesk remote control tool in IDEAL ADMINISTRATION?

Can RustDesk be used from an iOS or Android smartphone?

I would like to remotely control a computer I manage from my iPhone. Is it possible to use RustDesk remote desktop from my mobile device?

Yes. RustDesk is a multi-platform solution that can easily be used from a mobile device.

RustDesk is available as an application for :

  • iOS (iPhone / iPad)
  • Android

You simply need to download the RustDesk application on your mobile device from the App Store or Google Play, and use the RustDesk ID of the computer to establish the connection.

This compatibility allows administrators to connect to a remote computer directly from their smartphone or tablet, especially to :

  • provide quick remote assistance while on the move
  • intervene on a remote work computer or outside the local network
  • remotely access a client computer in an emergency situation
