Quelles sont les erreurs généralement rencontrées par notre logiciel ?

Pourquoi les tâches planifiées des postes distants ne sont pas listées dans le logiciel ?

Bonjour, Depuis la mise à jour de certains postes clients sous Windows 10 (ou sup), les tâches planifiées ne sont plus listées dans IDEAL Administration (ou IDEAL Remote). Comment corriger ce problème ?

Désormais, il est nécessaire d'activer une règle dans le pare-feu de Windows 10 (ou sup) pour pouvoir gérer les tâches planifiées à distance : Gestion à distance des tâches planifiées (RPC).

Nous vous conseillons de mettre en place une GPO afin d'activer cette règle sur l'ensemble des postes clients et serveurs de votre domaine Active Directory.
