Quelles sont les erreurs généralement rencontrées par notre logiciel ?

Lorsque je lance votre application IDEAL Administration (ou IDEAL Remote) en version 64 bits, j'obtiens l'erreur suivante "Vérifiez que les drivers MS Access 64 bits sont bien installés sur votre poste d'administration. Consultez notre faq pour plus d'informations."

Comment corriger ce problème ?

Notre application utilise les drivers Microsoft Access 64 bits pour la gestion de sa base de données. Il se peut que ces drivers 64 bits ne se soient pas bien installés sur votre poste d'administration lors de l'installation de notre logiciel.

Dans ce cas, stoppez notre logiciel, et placez-vous dans le répertoire :

C:\Program Files\Pointdev\IDEAL Administration (Pour IDEAL Administration)

C:\Program Files\Pointdev\IDEAL Remote (Pour IDEAL Remote)

et exécutez manuellement le fichier :

AccessDatabaseEngine_X64.exe
