What port numbers does your software need?

We recently put in a firewall at our location, and now I can not manage my Windows 2016 Domain Controllers via your tool.

What port numbers do I need to open to accomplish this?

In order to administrate a remote computer, here are the necessary ports to be open:

• epmap             135/tcp    loc-srv      #DCE endpoint resolution
• epmap             135/udp    loc-srv      #DCE endpoint resolution
• netbios-ns        137/tcp    nbname       #NETBIOS Name Service
• netbios-ns        137/udp    nbname       #NETBIOS Name Service
• netbios-dgm       138/udp    nbdatagram   #NETBIOS Datagram Service
• netbios-ssn       139/tcp    nbsession    #NETBIOS Session Service

Active Directory ports:

• microsoft-ds      445/tcp
• microsoft-ds      445/udp

Dynamic ports:

• From 49152 to 65535

Remote Control ports:

• Using TightVNC: 5900/tcp
• Remote Desktop (RDP/TSE): 3389/tcp.
