Example n°13: Remotely installing PDFCreator

Remote running means that the program to be installed must be present on another PC in the network. On a file server, for example.

You must configure the following arguments:

  • Do not check the Local running checkbox.
  • Select the type of action:   Executable File.
  • Indicate the path of the executable file: \\PY\g$\PDFCreator0_9_3_GPLGhostscript.exe
  • Check the Arguments checkbox and enter: /VERYSILENT /NORESTART
