I have just purchased a license for your IDEAL ADMINISTRATION tool because I would like to use your secure Pointdev RustDesk server for remote control over the Internet. I systematically get the following error: “Connection error. Failed to connect to rustdesk.pointdev.net:21116: Please try again later.” My tests are being performed on a local network.
