Errors: Access Denied / Others

Files and directories are not transferred when migrating

Even though migration of my shared folders went ahead without any error messages, no files or subdirectories were transferred.

Why?

When you migrate shared folders, our tool does not transfer their contents. To do so, you must use the Migrating file and directory security settings option.

Select which directories to export using the list of shared folders and the Shares button in the Select security settings to export dialog box.
