What to do if IDEAL Migration uses 99% of CPU resources?

I'm using IDEAL Migration version 2.x and when I try to export the user accounts with their passwords, IM uses 99% of the CPU resources but nothing seems to happen.

In this case, first stop the IMSrvP service and remove it (using IDEAL Administration foir instance). Once made, remove the folder called %SystemRoot%\Pointdev. Then, donwload and install the latest IDEAL Migration version from our website and make a new try.

If you always got this problem, please send an e-mail to support@pointdev.com describing as much as possible your networking environement (servers OS and SP, where do you use IDEAL Migration = on the source server or on the target server, are you working as a domain admin, and so on...).
