I just found your product IDEAL Administration as the solution in my work as system administrator. I manage about 200 computers and now after migrating my clients to WIN2000/XP. I do not need run over rooms to help them to solve problems. I could give this product "A" mark. Dariusz Tomoń

Wanted to thank you for the effort shown in my recent support question. Your responses were timely and my issues were resolved in less than 24 hours. I very much appreciate that fact that the staff offered direction and support even though my ultimate issue was not with Ideal Admininstration, but rather another area of my computer that affected your product. Your efforts saved me significant time. Tom B.
