I've been using Ideal Administration for many years. The software is very easy to learn and operate. Configuration is straightforward and logical. I like that IA does not use much resources on my admin console. PointDev tech support is helpful, prompt, and attentive. Customer service also very kind and attentive. I get good value with Ideal Administration and appreciate PointDev products. Michelle Smith
