We use Ideal Admin since a few Years now. Since we buy it for our Domain administration Ideal Admin goes a good Way to become a Tool for daily Tasks in a Windows Environment. The new nersion gives us now the benefit we await from such Tool, hole Active Directory Administration with Bulk Support and good import-export are Tools that we need for Daily work. The Support and Developers are every Time open for Feature Requests and Bug Fixes are fast.
