To uninstall a software, you need used the software IDEAL Dispatch.

In IDEAL Dispatch, use the "uninstall" action.
This action enables to automatically uninstall software on servers and client workstations.

You can list the software installed on client workstations.
IDEAL Dispatch also displays the default uninstall command and the uninstall in silent mode command, if it is detected in the registry.

If the software to uninstall is not find in the registry, IDEAL Dispatch can't uninstalled this software.

In your case, you want uninstall Symantec AV Corp Edition 8.1 and SEP 11.
Do you find these softwares in the IDEAL Dispatch dialogue box ?

If you don't find the software in the IDEAL Dispatch dialogue box, there is another way to uninstall it silently.
If you have installed this software by using a ".msi" and you have conserved it, you can use it to uninstall.
In IDEAL Dispatch, you can use the action "MSi" to deploy an uninstallation of a ".msi".
Indicate the type of action: Uninstall
