Pre-requisite:

Add a distribution server
Create a distribution

You must configure the following arguments:

Select the Update action

Check the Local execution box.

Enter the path to the executable file: \\COMPUTER\c$\WindowsXP-KB936929-SP3-x86-FRA.exe
Select the extraction detection to determine the installation engine

The update installation engine is detected.

Knowing the installation engine allows to know the installation switches.

Select the –q argument for a silent setup (Settings button)
