Installing and upgrading our software

Why "IACmd.exe" and "IACmdSrv.exe" files are detected as viruses ?

During the last update of Ideal Administration, the installation is stopped due to the files "IACmd.exe" and "IACmdSrv.exe".

It seems that these files are both detected as viruses by my Antivirus (Trend Micro, AVG, ...).

What can I do ?

We confirm that this is a false positive triggered by some antiviruses regarding the files "IACmd.exe" and "IACmdSrv.exe": these files are used by Ideal Administration in order to display a remote command prompt.

Due to the fact that some spywares and/or malwares use this technic, our legitimate program is miss identified.

It will be really appreciated if you can assist us by reporting this false positive to the editor of your Antivirus , in order to help them fixing their virus definitions database.

If it is not possible, the only workaround is to exclude these files from the real time scanner engine of your Antivirus and also from the scheduled scans.
