Windows Exchange Management

Can I administer my Exchange 2000 servers from IDEAL Administration version 4.2?

I'm using IDEAL Administration 4.2 and I'm unable to administer my Exchange 2000 servers. What might be the cause of the problem?

From version 4.2 onwards, IDEAL Administration provides a complete administration function for mailboxes present on a Microsoft Exchange 2000 server.

To achieve this, IDEAL Administration relies on a new architecture supplied by Microsoft, namely, CDO (Collaboration Data Objects), and more especially, CDOEXM (CDO for Exchange Management).

To save you having to install Microsoft Windows 2000 and Microsoft Exchange 2000 administration tools on your machine, Pointdev provides this installation program. Its purpose is to make sure your PC contains the minimum requirement for IDEAL Administration to complete this task.
